Sales Policy

Rabbit Sales Policy

Rabbits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with a non-refundable deposit (50% of purchase price) to reserve a rabbit, this is applied toward the total price. Buyers must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent/guardian; full payment (Cash, Card, Venmo, Cash App, Klarna, or Affirm) is due at pickup. No rabbits under 8 weeks old are sold per state guidelines, and all are inspected for health at sale—no guarantees post-purchase, but returns are accepted if space allows without refund.

Health Policy

Our bunnies will be sold healthy with no signs of illness, parasites, or genetic defects. I will look over rabbits before they leave my care, but it is your responsibility to look them over before taking them home.

Buyer Health Responsibilities

Post-sale, buyers assume full responsibility for care, including diet (unlimited timothy hay and correct amount of pellets for rabbits age and weight), daily observations for issues like GI stasis or dental problems, and annual vet exams. No health guarantees extend beyond pickup; improper handling voids any claims.

Transportation Policy

Rabbits may be transported via reputable carriers experienced in small animals, with buyer arranging and paying all costs; full payment required 7 days prior. Transportation costs for shipping rabbits are the sole responsibility of the customer and the chosen transport company. The seller bears no financial involvement or liability whatsoever for those expenses. There is no liability to seller if there are issues post-handover, quarantine new arrivals for 30 days.
